Vajra-Dance

About the Dance:

The Vajra Dance was taught by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu in the early 1990s. The main aim is to allow practitioners to integrate movements with contemplation. It is meditation in movement, with simple and harmonious gestures, which leads to a deep relaxation and helps to harmonize one's physical and mental energy.

The Vajra dance is practiced on a mandala, which represents symbolically the individual and also the dimension in which we live - our dimension.

Possibilities to practise the Vajra-Dance in Austria:

For the first time in Austria there exists now the possibility to practise the dance regularly in Vienna. The meeting place is in Bennostraße 8, A-1080 Wien.
